Heckington Pavilion & Covid-19
At Heckington Pavilion we have gone to great lengths to make sure that the venue, staff and visitors are protected against coronavirus. With full risk assessments and extra measures taken to ensure everyone feels safe and secure whether you are popping in for a take-away, attending a club or class or sitting in to eat!
We have outlined our measures below which we ask you to read and adhere to whilst visiting Heckington Pavilion.
Health Check-Ins
All staff members will complete a brief health check prior to starting shift
PPE & Face Masks
All staff and visitors are requested to wear appropriate PPE and face masks according to government legislation
Food & Drink Orders
We will work in guidelines and are currently operating table service only for all ‘sit in’ patrons
Team Bubbles
Staff members have been allocated and will work in team bubbles
Menu Use
We have a full menu online and would ask to use this where possible. If you do not have access we will supply a single use menu
One-Way System
We have a one-way system for visitors entering and exiting the building with marked out spaces for queuing when needed
Sanitiser Stations
Around the venue we have multiple sanitiser stations which we would ask you to use at your convenience and any time you move around the building
Enhanced Hygiene
Staff will ensure that everything is cleaned throughout the day far more than regular cleaning. This will include all touch points such as door handles
Payment Methods
We have contactless and card payment machines ensuring you can have touch free payment. We are accepting cash with additional hygiene protocols
Social Distancing
Please keep in line with government guidelines where social distancing and group sizes are concerned. We will be operating within these guidelines at all times
Track & Trace
Please be prepared to leave your full contact details with a staff member. They will require these for you to enter the building and be served in line with government guidelines
Waste Disposal
Whilst there are waste bins around the venue and outside please leave any rubbish on our tables and our staff will clear this up and dispose of this safely for you.
Getting Here
We recommend, where possible, that you either walk, cycle or even jog to the venue. Please cut down on using motor vehicles and being in enclosed spaces
Signage
There is lots of signage around the venue explaining where to queue, where to stand and what to do. Please pay attention to these signs, they are for everyones safety
Coming Inside
Please be respectful when entering the building. We have a one-way system, but due to the door you may need to be prepared to give way to other patrons. Give plenty of space where needed and follow the signs
Touch Points
Whilst we have tried to minimise touch points for everyone, you will still have to touch things. Please ensure you sanitise your hands before and after touching anything.
